Mark is an executive coach, a leadership facilitator, and an advisor to companies and their leadership teams who are passionate about growth. His interest in all things business began as he was raised in his father’s small business, Great Lakes Printing Equipment and Supply Corporation, this is where Mark built his foundation and passion for business. He continued his business education and earning his Bachelors in Business Administration from the Tippie School of Business at the University of Iowa.
Mark works with business leaders across all industry segments and with C-Suite Executives from Fortune 100 companies, and CEOs/Presidents from Private Companies, to first-time leaders beginning an important leadership journey. All share the common trait of being committed to their improvement, a healthy amount of vulnerability, and a realization of the profound impact one’s leadership can have on an organization.
Prior to founding The Glenmore Group, Mark spent 25 years in various operating roles at AT&T/Lucent, Dreyfus/Mellon, and culminating with Goldman Sachs where he led teams and organizations large and small.
Mark was originally recruited by Goldman Sachs to transform a mono-line Asset Management business line into a diversified industry leader, he built, transformed, and led additional businesses culminating in their rise to #2 in the industry. He served as a Managing Director and the Head of a Mutual Fund business in the Americas, a business with over $ 750 million in gross revenue and over $ 200 billion in assets under management. His 15 years of leadership and influence with Goldman Sachs encompassed distribution, marketing, strategy, training and development, product management, client service offerings, technology, and HR implementation.
Currently, in addition to The Glenmore Group, Mark is a faculty member at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Center for Leadership. He leads development programs with Fortune 1000 companies and their executives on innovation, strategy, team building, organization influence, and persuasion, difficult conversations, negotiations, managerial courage, self-awareness, and leading-up. Additionally, he serves as a coach to executives of all levels through BPI Group and was an Independent Director of the PNC Funds prior to their sale to Federated Investors in 2020. He is an Advisor to Victory Lap, LLC.. Mark enjoys his time with his wife and three children. He is an avid basketball fan, enjoys travel, hiking, biking, and golf.

Rick Levitz is an executive coach and facilitator who brings an introspective, yet actionable approach to the executives, teams, and businesses that he works with.
Rick helped grow a small family-owned business into a sophisticated national financial services organization. With this background, Rick brings firsthand experience in leading through both the change and complexity that often accompany growth.
Over his career, Rick has served in a range of leadership roles, leading sales teams, executive teams, and business units with varying responsibilities. He has been responsible for revenue growth, strategic direction, change management, performance management, marketing, legal/compliance, and overall financial performance.
Rick’s approach to coaching draws not only on his leadership and consulting experience, but also his own investment in external coaches who have supported his career growth. He understands the value of an outside perspective and how the right coaching partnership can help leaders and teams stay focused, navigate challenges, and achieve their goals.
Rick earned a Finance degree from the University of Denver and a Law degree from the University of Illinois. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations.
In addition to his work with The Glenmore Group, Rick is a part-time faculty member with the Lake Forest Center for Leadership and a certified independent consultant for the Hogan Assessment. Rick also continues his work with Alera Group, the company with whom his family-owned business merged in 2017.
Beyond his professional career, Rick helped start College Bound, a philanthropic organization granting college scholarships to financially challenged students (College Bound ultimately merged and grew into the thriving organization known today as Chicago Scholars). Today, Rick is closely aligned with Bernie’s Book Bank, an organization whose mission is to help grow the children’s literacy rate in America.

Amy is an executive coach, consultant, and mediator. She draws on more than two decades of Human Resources and Leadership Development experience in professional services, financial services, consumer products, higher education, entrepreneurship, and technology. Her passion is to help individuals see the possibility and the potential to lead a fulfilling life where they can grow, develop, and flourish.
Amy has the unique ability to connect with a broad range of leaders to deeply listen and empathize to help her clients build self-awareness and utilize new strategies. She works with her clients to assess their strengths, and develop areas to help them grow to accomplish the desired changes, increased effectiveness, and career advancement.
Amy is a coach and facilitator at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where she coaches students and alumni in both leadership development and career development. Additionally, she facilitates leadership development and conflict management programs as well as group coaching specifically designed for women.
Amy has a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Loyola University Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Arizona.
She enjoys reading, yoga, meditation, cooking, walking and spending time with her husband and two teenagers.
